Yes Dorothy, Ovarian Cancer can start in the fallopian tubes
As we discussed in Positive Results, researchers are finding an increasing number of BRCA-related ovarian cancers starting the lining of the fallopian tubes at the time of preventive surgery in BRCA-positive women.
